Amazing hotel

The hotel is gigantic, there is two combined and so much to do. The staff from reception to bar staff to animation to everybody who work at the hotel can’t do enough for your entertainment and cater for you and your needs. The bar staff have amazing personality and banter. The animation are so so friendly and go above and beyond to make you join and have fun with their games and fun entertainment. Fatima is crazy but in a good way, always make me laugh. (Danieeeeeel, Bon appetite) the shows are different everyday but always good entertainment. You can never get bored here. The aqua park is so much fun and there is so much good food and drink here. Spoiled for choice, will definitely come again!

Amazing hotel to stay there . Room was big and always clean. Food was delicious and always has variety in each meal .Weather was perfect . Aqua park is amazing. Special thanks to Mr Ahmed abou elyazid reception manager to upgrade my room to family room and thanks to all staff in restaurants and bars specially abdallah, Sara, Mohamed, Ahmed, abanob . The only bad thing that beach is not deep to swim .

Lovely and nice vacation in titanic Palace Rooms are always clean. Lovely surrounding nice weather. The food is good. I eat a lot. Restaurant looking good. Pool is always clean. Beautiful beach. Staff are so friendly. The entertainment team is lovely everyday new show. I love that special girl who always smiles and friendly soul fatima bounapity she always say this when she see me❤️ lovely place to spend your vacation

Very good hotel, food is nice! Animation also very fun and sweet people! Beach is amazing, just as the people that make sure you have the besy vacation ever! The make very nice alcohol-free coctails, they taste so good! Rooms are clean and staff very understandig and always helpfull We have been here for the second time, and we will be coming again!

The comfiest bed I've slept in for a long time. All the staff are lovely 😁😁. A very chilled. I really enjoyed my vacation. Don't feel like going back. Alot of food good rest. Nice beach. But I love pool so nice. Entertainment I really Nice team hand work.
