Both myself and the wife have just had a full body massage, cost was 100 euros each for a 50 minute session with a free 15 minutes on top so 65 minutes total. I had Silvana and the wife was with Mikela. The spa is a lovely clean and cool area just behind the hotels quiet pool. On entering you are offered a fresh cool water while you sit and fill out the usual forms. Once they are done you proceed to walk past the illuminated pool to the treatment area where the team were waiting to greet us. We were shown into adjoining rooms and left to get undressed and put on the paper underwear and then lay on the bed. The wife told me she was pleasantly surprised at how nice the massage and facial treatment was and how Mikela had been very charming and professional. Silvana was really good giving my bad shoulder a bit of a work out and at one point I have to admit it hurt, but sitting by the pool now writing this I think it was worth it as my shoulder feels so much better. All in all the whole setup is very good and runs well. Would recommend you get a treatment of some kind while staying in the hotel.

The food at this hotel is just dreadful. There was absolutely nothing positive to say about our dining experience here. The food is generally catered for the European palette, and there are a lot of satisfied German and French guests. If you’re a lover of overcooked, fatty pork then you’ll be over the moon. Guests with other pictures on here do not show a true reflection of what is actually served. If the hotel based their food on quality instead of quantity it could’ve been a very different picture. As for their ‘al a carte’ restaurant, then this is a total misrepresentation of the word and very misleading. The food served here is reheated leftovers from the buffet restaurant recycled into another dish. It’s clever I’ll give them that but it’s embarrassing if you’re knowledgeable about food. They also charge you for drinks even though you are all inclusive. But they don’t tell you until you’ve finished your meal! We waited over an hour for our food, which was inedible. We ate out a lot or we would’ve just lived off chips and bread. On our last day we overheard many guests complaining to each other about the food and several walked out when they saw what was on offer. Many complaints at reception just fell on deaf ears. Don’t waste your breath. The all inclusive drinks package isn’t great and neither is the service. They focus on ‘paying’ guests here and the service for those guests is completely different to those on a package deal. The hotel itself is quite clean and tidy, the staff work very hard and always greet you with a smile. Loads of kids there, so if you’re looking for a quiet escape then this isn’t for you. Lots of steps around the complex too. For the price of this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We had a room with a private pool and found everything to be lovely. Pools were extremely cold as not heated but as long as the weather holds, that’s no issue. Staff and people here in general are so lovely and friendly. At dinner, we had Nena serve us a lot and she was so pleasant. Bubbly and always smiling. Food was delicious and all inclusive good value. We also had a couples treatment at the spa which was amazing. Marina, Silvana and Mikela were so accommodating and provided a first class service. We return for a second visit in our two week trip after 4 days in Chania and can’t wait. Cheeky little cats were also an absolute bonus ❤️
