Beware of hidden surcharges

Two days after staying here I noticed a $ 60 surcharge added to credit card. When I inquired about this charge they said that I had left the room a completely dirty and messy condition. Upon request for pictures to verify their claim only one picture was sent. The one was was a soiled bed sheet.

Overnight stay on return from PEI

We booked this hotel as there were few options available on the long weekend. Website should be updated as they advertise a free breakfast if you book on their website but we were told that they stopped serving breakfast since Covid at check-in. Room was overpriced for no breakfast, it needed a dusting and had a funky smell - even for our teenagers. Front desk staff was pleasant and efficient.

Mixup in reservations dates staff very accommodating

Nice little place. Had a mixup on reservation dates. Night staff called my phone around midnight (surprised me) asking if we were running late. I said we had reserved for the next evening. Staff fixed issue and no extra charges were made

OK for a night’s sleep.

Room smelled musty and was very small. No place to put luggage, or to set toiletries in the bathroom. No one at the desk for early checkout. However, it is directly across the street from an excellent restaurant, Delice!

What’s with all the 5-star reviews? This place is dive. Stained carpets. Handprints on the walls. Fixtures falling off. Sink stopped up. Keep on driving and find someplace nicer. OK TRIP ADVISOR. How many characters do you want? Is this enough? Ok??????
