7 Nights Luxury All Inclusive Turkish Riviera Escape W/Flts

Our room was in the main part of the hotel,rubbish emptied daily along with beds made and floors cleaned. Room with access onto a terrace was extremely comfortable, sun loungers outside of door. We are in our 70’s, and after talking to reception staff, we were given a lift up to the restaurant every day. It’s a very hilly area we enjoyed a slow walk back to the main building.Restaurant had a good selection of food. Shuttle bus will take you down to the beach where you can relax plenty of free sun loungers. Food and drink available. We especially enjoyed the pizza. You have to pay for wi fi and the safe but not too much. We found all of the staff friendly and tried their best. All of reception,management had reasonable English. Alanya is a beautiful area and there are lots of trips available. Don’t expect 5 star. This is a budget hotel excellent value for what you get.

The resort place have a niece view but it's very hilly so if you don't like walk up and down every time choose different place. Reception staff are rude if you not talking Russian ,and they barley talking English. Restaurant staff are nice and kind for a change , food isn't bad but similar every day , from fruits just watermelon apples and oranges . No ice cream served. It's stinks by the pool bar and quee at evening to grab a drink it's about half hour because mostly one person it's working by the bar. The range of cocktails are poor and served in cheap quality plastic cups. Aquapark it's open just few hours a day. Garden looks like nobody care about it with grass till knees. Entertainment side it's horrible, nothing to do there just some disco at evening playing mostly Russian hits. If you would like to use WiFi you need to pay for it.At the beach it's construction side not fault of the hotel but if you would like to have a rest by the sea side keep it in mind. In the resort it's a shop which gonna rip you off. Overall everything looks old there and need more attention because definitely isn't that standard for 5 star hotel.

Bez względu na budynek ( mieliśmy możliwość wyboru pokoju po zgłoszeniu reklamacji ) Standard straszny ! gdzie te słynne 5 gwiazdkowe hotele w Turcji ? to nie jest ten hotel! Byłem z synem 5 lat ! masakra, nie polecam i na pewno nie za takie pieniądze ! Tui ogarnijcie się ! sprzedajecie hotel 5 gwiazdek a to koło 3 nie stało !!! masakra Eng : this is not a 5 star hotel! dirty rooms, equipment and furnishings remember the 90s! Regardless of the building (we had the opportunity to choose a room after filing a complaint), the standard was terrible! where are these famous 5 star hotels in Turkey? this is not that hotel! I was with my son for 5 years! It's a disaster, I don't recommend it and certainly not for this kind of money! Tui, get yourselves together! you are selling a 5 star hotel and it didn't get 3 stars!!! massacre
