Located in the heart of Dublin City, Cassidy’s Hotel is a family owned and operated Boutique Hotel. The 3 Georgian town houses are a 10-minute walk from Trinity College, a variety of shops, and Dublin's nightlife at Temple Bar. Grooms Bar and Bistro has a perfect blend of Georgian charm and contemporary comfort. The Hotel Restaurant Six is furnished with rich mahogany panelling and leather seating. It serves modern Irish cuisine, and traditional breakfasts are also served each morning. Rooms have black-out curtains, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests can also make use of facilities for making tea and coffee.

Reading some of the reviews i questioned whether i had done the right thing booking however I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hotel is immaculate and the service and staff are fantastic couldn’t do more. we had a family room for four - perfectly adequate. Beds comfy, Nespresso machine in room, hairdryer, ironing room next door, rituals toiletries and fluffy towels. Book breakfast well worth it - you can request poached, boiled or fried eggs and the staff would cook extra if needed: It’s serviced until 11am perfect for post guinness lie ins. Area is a little out and yes there are some hostels etc nearby however we didn’t experience any issues. The airbus stops outside of the hotel - light blue no 700. It’s a walk to the shops and grafton street and trinity area but doable as a 25 minute leisurely stroll. I would highly recommend this hotel, love period properties and service was outstanding.

Wonderful location, we had a beautiful room overlooking the Gate Theatre and Rotunda Hospital dome, breakfast was delicious and dinner at Groome's Bistro also very good. This hotel is full of history, spotlessly clean and everything is within walking distance. The staff at reception, the bar, restaurant were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. This included advice and booking taxis.
