clean hotel, spacious room, nice bathrooms and great location. easy pickup and drop off to airport from dublin express bus, stops are a 10 minute walk away. the only reason the review is 4 stars instead of 5 is on our last night, i called reception to ask if they clean hotel, spacious room, nice bathrooms and great location. easy pickup and drop off to airport from dublin express bus, stops are a 10 minute walk away. the only reason the review is 4 stars instead of 5 is on our last night, i called reception to ask if they had a scale so we could weigh our luggage. a woman answered and i when i asked about the scale she gave some loud and fast incoherent response- i clarified again 2 or 3 times that i wanted a scale to measure the weight of our luggage. she kept screaming yes luggage yes yes and literally hung up the phone on me. turns out she was thinking we wanted to use the luggage room to store our bags, but she didn’t hear us because she didn’t take a fraction of a second to listen and then quite literally hung up the phone as i was mid sentence. it was bizarre. the man who checked us in was also much less than friendly, it was early but we were very courteous and polite and i don’t think he even made eye contact with me. not dealbreakers but an unwelcoming experience in such a friendly country.

Don't expect your room to be ready

Have stayed here frequently when it was under the flag of Jurys. Like to stay there due to its location.on this occasion I had requested early check in. We arrived at 12.30 and was informed that unfortunately room wasn't ready and to come back at 3pm. We came vack at Have stayed here frequently when it was under the flag of Jurys. We came vack at 3.20 pm to bd informed tgat room still wasn't ready... This was in fairness rectified in about 10 mins. Renovation to room was very nice, comfortable beds and quiet. N.b. rooms facing courtyard are much quieter than others. Trying to get elevator around breakfast time is a lottery with long waits to get one but this I know is unavoidable at busy times.Breakfast was excellent as always.

I arrived on a rainy afternoon with a few hours before check in, but I was fortunate that they had a room available. Check in was very easy. The hotel is centrally located near a lot of restraunts and shops. The hotel is centrally located near a lot of restraunts and shops. (It's about a five minute walk to the Spire.) The room was perfect; the bed was comfortable and the shower had pressurized hot water. There's a restaurant in the hotel that's open for lunch and dinner. Overall, I had a great stay and I definitely would return!
