    Sumptuous hotel in Berat!

    Berat is beautiful! Well worth a visit. Fabulous hotel with red carpet running up to the entrance! We were on the first floor, so didn't have to worry about queueing for the lift!The room was very comfortable - with a kettle too, which was a bonus. Very good shower.Good breakfast with a lot of choice.

    Traveling through Greece and Albania with a group, we stayed to nights at this hotel. Great location, gorgeous pool, imposing grand structure. Large rooms, bathrooms with washcloths (yes!). However, our deadbolt was inoperable (installed incorrectly), the TV remote did not work, and the safe was locked. We called to report these issues, but none were ever fixed. Breakfast was adequate.

    I booked 2 rooms, because they say they have Sauna and Spa. When arrived SPA and Sauna where closed, and they pretendet it was detailet on booking instructions (which was a lie). I asked for a reduction because i feeld very dissapointed. And on top of that it was 8 o'clock of the afternoon. After a long ride what are you supposed to do? But the answer was NO. So I had to cancel the whole weekend! Whoever owns this, fire the management because visibly they are failing in their job! This hotel is a deception! Money is what you pay, but you don't get the value!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

    Wow what a huge grand central hotel. Large spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, good location next to the centre high street. Good breakfast selection. Large outdoor pool.Staff cleaning outside of hotel on arrive including exterior building, floors and red carpet.

    Very disappointing stay — this is not a real 5-star hotel. • Wi-Fi didn’t work. • Room was dirty, with loose moldings and baseboards. Shower leaked and was dangerously slippery. • Constant loud noise from AC machines outside — impossible to relax. • Breakfast was poor: no fresh juice, cold milk, and limited options. • Bee nest outside the window — couldn’t open it. • Pool costs €10 extra. Spa was out of order, no services available. • Staff mostly unfriendly, except at the pool.Would not return — feels like a 3-star hotel at best.
