    Perfect. Nice welcome, super friendly staff, amazing rooms in a fresh modern design, unbeatable location, decent breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel. Seriously, absolutely nothing to complain.Totally recommended!

    The hotel was excellent. Coming from MHI, the Grand Europa Hotel offered a unique & classic atmosphere and a polished look throughout the property which we liked a lotThe rooms were clean, and the staff were warm, professional, and very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised with room upgrades free of charge, generous amenities, and a personalized welcome letter. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a wonderful experience in Shkodra.

    There was a music festival right next to the hotel and the music was unbelievably loud up until midnight. The hotel refused to move us, even though they had rooms available on numerous hotel booking sites. The calls to prayer from the adjacent mosque began at Dawn so we had virtually no sleep.
