    Hotel is good overall , service is good, but seems to lack security, anyone can walk in and go to any floor, the casino is in the basement, you don’t need to use your card in the lift to go to your floor, they should improve there security, we had an odd incident on check out, we had ordered a tea bag which they give for free but were charged for tea at check out. The person at front desk would not listen to us and was insistent on charging even though it was not due, we paid of course, maybe front desk needs some training in hospitality and listening to customers

    Hotel coexist in same area with the Kapllan Pasha Tomb; place is very rich in history. City is very colorful and within walking distance of places of interest; eg Tirana Castle The Clock Tower Of Tirana KullaBunk'Art2Nice exterior. Very spacious room and good buffet spread, and juices

    This is probably the best bet for Tirana. Perfect central location. Modern and upscale. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast good. Service excellent. If visiting Tirana I would recommend this hotel.
