    My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week stay at the Arelauquen lodge. Gauthier and Alvaro (hotel manager and assistant mgr) were incredible! They helped plan an amazing itinerary prior to our arrival and secured excursion and restaurant reservations. We couldn’t have hoped for better service. The rest of the staff was amazing as well.     Best hotel.I have stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties over 30 years of travel. Many have been lovely.This has been the best.The moment we walked in and were greeted by name.The immediate attention with suggestions at breakfast. The delicious food at each meal.But especially the gracious and charming engagement by Augustina in the lounge. We will remember her forever.The view is incredible. The whole region is among the most picturesque in the world (Iceland, Peloponnese, Rockies, Swiss Alps, it's up there on the list) and the view from the Lodge is captivating. I want to learn to paint and write poetry so I can share this experience. The only down side is the security experience the first time entering the golf club property.     Our Stay at Arelauquen Lodge was amazing, the kindness and serviceability of the Dutty Manager Gautier and the employees of Front Desk and the F&B areas were a hug to the heart. We felt very welcome and perfectly accompanied on our first trip to Patagonia with all the information they gave to us. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, swimmingpool area lovely and welcome with the weather we had.
