    Hotel is downtown in the heart of Bariloche. Bellhop service was great, but it was a bummer that they had no parking, not even valet, and I had to park 4 blocks away. The pool was incredible, and possibly worth the stay all in itself. the breakfast also was better than most, with really delicious pastries and a nice selection of fresh fruits. athe downside was the chairs were stained with food from previous slobs. The rooms were mehh. Ours faced a neighboring building with trash bags on the roof. Also, the door to our room let light from the hallway in over the top. I might stay here again, but if I wanted to rent a car to explore Bariloche, I would Uber in to the Cristal for that stay, then Uber back to rent a car and stay somewhere that offered parking.

    Lo peor hotel en Argentina! I’ve traveled the world and been to hundreds of hotels including several here in Argentina. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No parking, no air conditioning, poor wi-fi, tiny bathroom, next to a loud street with very thin walls, and terrible customer service. NOT even worth a 1-star. DO NOT STAY HERE! There are much better hotels in this city.

    They cancelled my booking one day before!

    Horrible experience!I had my booking canceled one day before my flight, they just sent out my reservation to another hotel without even having the curtesy of calling me and telling me about a "system problem" were they overbooked (my booking was done almost two weeks prior). They had the outrage to even say I was getting a discount, I discount from the original hotel (Cristal) yes, but not to the one I was being sent out to, actually more expensive. The sent out the message at 2pm, and all administrative staff leaves at 2, so when I try calling of course there was no one to help me, very frustrating!

    The lobby of this hotel is magnificent. Two fireplaces a bar a work area, for the benefit of the guest. The employees are very well mannered, And knowledgeable. The breakfast was good, and the rooms are nice, a little bit outdated, I had some towels that had extra fringe on them, but they worked well. The elevator works good, I stayed on the second floor and it was quite enough to sleep, the beds are excellent.The Wi-Fi also work very good.

    The hotel turned out to be well located in the city center with many dining and shopping options. Great option for those without a car. Comfortable and simple. Breakfast is simple but attentive. It could be greatly improved by offering fresh fruits. The heating is exaggerated and sometimes unpleasant.
