  Amazing super nice everything

  I stayed 1 week at this location from 09/06/25 to 15/06/25. The place is amazing I recommend it 100% and I would choose it again, I already recommended it to all my acquaintances. The attention of the impeccable and super friendly staff was always attentive and attentive. Super warm and super comfortable rooms. The best of all its location just 9 minutes from the center and its view from all its rooms is magical. It is over the lake and has a private beach steakhouses and a divine roof even games for children.   I'd come back.

  It's complicated to write a single opinion, starting at the end, I'd come back, but it might not have been if we hadn't insisted a little, and that's where I think they can improve. I asked for a price and made a reservation months in advance. I was given a lodging option for four people. Please ask specifically if there were separate beds for my two children who are 12 and 18. Even if they were in the living room, they didn't answer me. They sent pictures that like all photos are taken conveniently, all I was told was that the bathroom was without a bidet. What I didn't say was that the bathroom was tiny, when we arrived it was a monoenvironment with no more than 30m2 and a mezzanine where only the double bed and shelves came in, the incredible view, the whole complex has a view of the lake, unbeatable, I didn't complain right away because we were all the time outside, but after three or four days (there were 11 in all) I consulted because I thought it was weird such a small size, they only told me that they could change me, but the apartment was almost half of what I had already paid, impossible to add that money, two days later I checked the mail of the reservation and noticed that there was no way for me to have known that was the apartment offered, it was my husband and came back with a new location for 65,000 extra pesos, almost 1 million that he had initially paid. summary: I return to this place without a doubt. the always super friendly attention and were in all the details. I really think it was a great misunderstanding that finally resolved. the beach you have is great. the con maybe are so many stairs but there is no way to fix that in the mountain. the impeccable cleanliness. all the super friendly staff. just have to know how to ask for more details of the apartment. but I come back.   5 for price/quality ratio and Behind its appearance of a simple structure, it lacks only an investment in decor and construction , some details to make it a 4* hotel because the view is just unique , spacious and very comfortable rooms . Everything is functional and the attention of the staff (few) is great. This hotel is a little gem that brings together all the ingredients to make you spend an unforgettable holiday in a place that is unique in the world.You feel a lot of love in this hotel and you feel great. Possibility to have advice for activities to do , nothing even misses the possibility of a magnificent massage by an excellent therapist who also offers yoga or de meditation classes, Priscila .In such a heavenly place it is really an incredible luxury and I come back without hesitation to spend the holidays!   Stay away from this place full of mold!

  We rented an apartment with lake views. When we got there and went inside the bathroom was full of mold with a black bathtub. (See photos here)When we told the owners about it and asked why they sent us photos of a completely different bathroom, they told us that the photo they sent me was that of the old bathroom without mold! When I said that was misleading and we want our money back, they said that they would have charge us for the first night. We told them even that I was pregnant and my husband had asthma but they didn’t budge. It wasn’t till we went back to the reception and discussed in front of other customers to show them the photos of the terrible black mold that they budged and gave us our money back. We then had to go and scramble to find another place to stay for the night which was difficult because it was so last minute and it was a weekend and most places were fully booked up. Stay away from this fraud of a place!

  Aging but great views

  Good location and all rooms have views. This correctly means that all rooms are accessible by lots and lots of stairs! The beds are comfy, the kitchen set up acceptable. Everything was clean and comfortable enough but they do need to spend some money. Our shower, which worked perfectly and had plenty of hot water, looked like a jackhammer had attacked it! About 40% of the enamel was broken off. This is a good option for families with children as it is just steps to the rocky beach. I would stay there again for the views and the quiet.
