  Wonderful lake view suite! Wow!

  We loved our stay on the 8th floor overlooking the lake. What splendid views! The suite was very well set up with a bedroom and deck for fresh air and views, to a TV with CNN in both English and Spanish (and other channels too). The bedroom was seated from a day bed and sink, microwave and mini fridge by a 2 panel wall. Also included a clean bathroom with a tub, toilet, sink, hooks and cleaning toilet thingie +name escapes me). Staff that we interacted with were awesome. Mr EO spoke English and Spanish. He was very courteous and helpful. Ramena cleaned rooms very well and was very pleasant to speak with in Spanish, as was Guadeloupe who patiently helped us make the reservation and answered our questions. We know the hotel offers a breakfast but we did not try it. There are a number of eating places nearby. The hotel also had one of the nicer lobbies in Bariloche. Recommend bringing ear plugs for Friday night street noise. All in all, a very enjoyable and very reasonably priced stay. Hot water dispenser in lobby was also much appreciated, as was bottle opener and cutlery and cups and plates in suite. This hotel is well managed and well taken care of in our opinion. We highly recommend it.

  Hotel on Main Street

  This hotel is located on the main drag with many party goers and load vehicles. The room and bathroom are very spacious but Ike and run down. The bed is clean but very lumpy and with the noise from the street it’s hard to get a good nights sleep. It has a safe but it’s too old and hard to use.

  So the Check-in was a nightmare because you had to do in over the website with WiFi that wasn’t greatThe room was big and clean and the bed was comfy The bathroom was a bit run down as was the rest of the room but you could have a nice and hot showerThe breakfast was good as we had the “extra“ the lock on my window was broken as well …they did fix it temporarily though Otherwise the hotel is on what I would call the end of the centre of the Main Street and therefore you can walk very nicely to all the shops of Bariloche Francisco Ariel Galindo, Director General at Soft Bariloche Hotel, responded to this review Dear guest, we're sorry that your stay wasn't comfortable.   Great Location but really worn down

  The lobby area is gorgeous, which probably made our disappointment when entering our room even greater. It was clean, but there were holes in the wall and bathroom door, paint was peeling, there were rips in the curtain, and the bedding and towels were really thin and worn. You can't beat the location and the breakfast was good, so if you don't mind really beat up furniture, you may like it just fine.

  The location of this hotel is very good! just 2 blocks away from the Lake!! The breakfast is big with chocolate, croissants, milk, and more!! the room was clean, and service was really good. They helped us findin a nice car rental in town and planning some excursions!Highly recommende!!
