    Exceptional Service

    rating02 Apr 2026

We just completed our first visit to Buenos Aires. This hotel is ideally located with great access to restaurants, shopping, and the overall vibe of the city. But what really defined my experience was the exceptional warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Enzo was especially helpful and kind to my entire party. I must also express gratitude to Marcos who bailed us out regarding an online tango dinner show reservation that required his immediate intervention to avoid me from losing my money. All-in-all a really enjoyable stay there. I will definitely plan to stay there again during any future trip to BA.

change a little bit in human factor of staff and mayby you will deserve a better review

Close to the must-sees in Recoletta. The room was quite large and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The service wasn't very attentive. The shower leaked. The small restaurant was reserved for guests during breakfast. You should learn from Feel Buenos Apartments (when we spend the remaining three nights in the Palermo district) about hospitality and how to treat customers.

    Great boutique hotel

    rating22 Feb 2026

We spent 10 nights at this hotel over 3.5 weeks. The hotel was very good about letting us leave luggage behind during extended trips to other locations. The front desk staff, especially Enzo and Marco, really went out of their way to assist us in any way possible. My husband uses an electric scooter and they were always helping him in and out of taxis and with whatever we needed. The wheelchair accessible room on the 9th floor was very well designed and to ADA standards which made getting around and using the bathroom very comfortable for my husband. This particular room is the only one in the 9th floor so it is very private and very quiet. The view off our little balcony was not nice but it was so hot that we really didn’t go out there. I was surprised that there was no balcony furniture. For a small boutique hotel, it has a good gym and a lovely roof top pool that had sun chairs and shade awnings, if desired. The breakfast was really good and the ladies who managed the breakfast were lovely. They were very helpful and always remembered what we liked. The included breakfast was very good value for this very reasonably priced hotel. The hotel is very clean and very welcoming and has nice touches. For example, free water bottles were always included and cold ones available at the bar. Our room also had free Coke and coffee and flip flops which were great for the pool. The hotel served champagne and nuts in the lobby every night. The rooms are modern and well appointed and the microwave, fridge and coffee maker came in handy. The area is walking distance to some major sights. It is a bit fringe but, even in the most exclusive areas of Buenos Airies, walking at night didn’t seem 100% safe and we would still taxi back. We stayed at the exclusive Alvear Palace Hotel one night and the area also felt mixed. Our one recommendation would be to purchase a portable ramp to use for the city sidewalk cut out which wasn’t done properly and has a lip that is difficult to get over in a scooter or wheelchair. A portable ramp is an easy fix. Overall, the hotel has a very warm, friendly feeling and is excellent value for the rate charged. We travel a lot and we’re very impressed

    Internet was appalling

    rating12 Feb 2026

Check-in was smooth and efficient. However, there was no assistance offered with our luggage, and we struggled to manoeuvre our suitcases through the doors on arrival. The staff were friendly, spoke very good English, and provided helpful information about places to visit during our stay.We booked an 80-minute massage, which was excellent. The therapist was very skilled, and I would highly recommend the treatment itself. That said, the massage room felt underwhelming. It was essentially a basic room attached to the gym rather than a dedicated spa space you would expect from a five-star hotel. The ceiling in particular was quite uninspiring, and the overall ambience lacked the relaxing atmosphere a spa should provide. This area would benefit greatly from improved décor and a more luxurious finish. The pool is very small and not particularly impressive, although we did not spend time there so cannot fully comment on the experience.Unfortunately, we experienced extremely poor internet throughout our two-day stay. The connection was constantly dropping, with very slow speeds, and despite raising this with reception, it could not be resolved. The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but this was certainly not our experience and was one of the most disappointing aspects of our stay. We also felt our concerns were somewhat dismissed rather than taken seriously. On a positive note, we had dinner at the hotel both evenings, and the food was very nice — I would recommend it. Breakfast was ok but not a huge variety. The in-room amenities were excellent, including complimentary water in the fridge, a kitchenette, air conditioning, a large TV, hairdryer, one USA plug (though no USB ports), and a beautiful shower you hardly want to step out of.One practical point to note is that there is no designated taxi drop-off area, meaning we had to briefly stop in traffic to unload our luggage, which felt a little awkward.Overall, it was a comfortable stay with some strong points. However, several areas would need significant improvement to truly align with a five-star standard. Compared to other four-star hotels I have stayed in, I would rate the rooms as 4-star, the restaurant 3-star for dinner and 2-star for breakfast, and the spa facilities 2-star.
