  Very nice and modern apartment. Location is good and the folks at the check in speak good English (which is not all true at some other places). A minimum of 2 night stay was needed but it offers excellent value & space compared to staying at hotels.

  This hotel is very good and the apartments are some of the best of Argentina and have some things that are interesting like safe,tv,bathtub and other 7 things. The hotel doesn’t have breakfast but I do not care,receptionists are so much fun and they are always there.

  Affordable, Great Rooms & Location

  We chose this hotel because it was very budget friendly and close to shopping, transportation, restaurants, and walking distance to sites of interest - specifically the Recoleta Cemetary. What we loved about this hotel is the room size, the kitchen space, access to coin laundry (this was a big one!), the roof top pool patio, and the cleanliness. Some things we weren't so pleased with was the noise from the echoing hallways - you could hear guests getting off the elevators and entering their rooms, the internet connection was very poor, the sauna was closed, the gym was always locked, and the pool hadn't been cleaned. I understand that most guests would not swim in the fall and winter months, but coming from a colder climate, I was very interested in taking a dip, however it looked like it should have been drained rather than left to sit and collect bugs and debris. I did however enjoy taking a coffee up there every morning to take in some sun and breathe the cool air. One other item worth mentioning is our key cards deactivated despite not being near our phones at any time. This required security to come up and let us back into our room. On the whole however, we really liked this hotel and would reccomend it to others. The staff are friendly and they were very patient with us as English speakers attempting to communicate in Spanish. Tip: This hotel is a block from the subway station that connects to the major areas of interest, however we were unable to find a place that sells the train cards during our stay and the stations do not accept cash. If you do your research ahead of time and are able to get to the locations that sell the cards, the subway is by far the most affordable way to get around and this hotel is situated close to two prime routes.

  STAY HERE FOR EXTENDED STAY.

  We have stayed here at least four times and love the place..First location is just where you want to be. a short walk to restaurants and two supermarkets. The Palermo tourist area is nice walk of a mile or so. The area is safe with plenty of police. One block away is Santa Fe which is a major street.The service led by Diego Pernas is excellent. They attempt to help you in every way. The suites are very comfortable with a nice balcony to have your coffee or an evening drink or meal. The kitchen is basic but good for cooking simple things bacon and eggs, steaks. Across the street is a take out roast chicken stand with good birds to make simple cooking at home. The place is very clean with maid service every few days. There is 24 h security so you are safe. Good internet connection and quiet, not a party place.

  Awesome place to stay in Buenos Aires

  Great location in a lively area with easy access to main attractions. The studios are modern, confortable and super clean. The property features 24 hour concierge staff and doorman services , gym, and small pool with lounge chairs. My family and I stayed here for 10 days and we all enjoyed our stay. My favorite bakery in Baires was only 3 blocks away ( El Progreso, founded in 1919). I would buy my croissants there and enjoy them in my room. I you prefer to eat out there are several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.I highly recommend this place , it is a solid choice at a very reasonable price.
