  Central hotel, for short stay

  Located in the center of the capital, a few blocks from places of interest such as Plaza de Mayo, the obelisk, the Colón theater, the Cabildo or Corrientes and Florida streets. Its location makes it a very convenient option to move around the city walking. The hotel is old style, quite picturesque. The rooms are correctly sized, although they show a little lack of maintenance (the bedding and linens are somewhat old and need renovation). Beds are fine, rest is correct (for a few days). It has a full and very rich breakfast. One very useful thing that the hotel has, is that the breakfast can be used for lunch or dinner if you buy food and want to stay to eat in the hotel, they provide you with all the dishes.   We booked directly by the hotel page, in the photos you see something totally different from reality, my congratulations to the photographer for his excellent work!, the room was in the background of the an outdoor gallery that had no light, only covered by a shed that did not cover the rain, humidity in the room, walls and ceilings broken and bathroom artifacts in bad condition, a single armchair with broken upholstery are just some of the things that for the value of the room are unthinkable, the only thing that highlighted the good disposition of the receptionist, but beyond that I recommend that they look for another alternative or that at least be an option for the value that in our case was 165 dollars a night for a triple room with a large bed and a single that for the size of the room were almost glued.   Book by the page. There was triple 165 dollars, on the page the rooms looked cute. When you enter you do not see where you put the key because the light is not in the hallway, besides entering the room from a gallery where you enter and everything gets wet . Humid smell, dirty walls and damp. Old broken chair. Room floor raised. Super deteriorated bathroom, furniture skipped and damp. Stairs supported on the window.   The truth from what I could see the first floor is like this remodeled upstairs is like you see in the old photo without light in the hallways at night you don't see where you have to place the key the doors you have to push them because they don't close and what I'm most upset is that when we arrived we were instructed to agree to breakfast because there was no room for everyone and the same with the bathroom that we agreed because it didn't reach the hot water for everyone Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.com.ar.   Excellent location. Close to everything. Room for four very spacious and comfortable Comfortable bedspring.Hearty breakfast. Good sign of wi fiVery good service at reception and also cleaning. Nice family atmosphere.We arrived before Check in and had no problems getting in. Hoteles Bagu, Agency / Consultant at Bagu Buenos Aires, responded to this review ¡Nos alegra mucho saber que disfrutaste tus vacaciones!
