Location

The city hotel is located right at the heart of Buenos Aires' cultural and entertainment district, on Corrientes Avenue, and also next to the financial district. Retiro bus and train station is approximately a 10-minute drive from the hotel and the nearest metro station is just 5 minutes' walk away. The famous Obelisk is just 25 m away and Calle Florida with its many shops is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The design hotel is 15 km, or 10 minutes, from the Jorge Newbery domestic airport, and from the La Boca and Recoleta neighbourhoods, and just 5 minutes from Puerto Madero and May Square.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 12-storey building with a lift and 110 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     The elevators do not work. Staff are not helping at all. They really don’t care about clients. Lot of noise. Bathrooms are too old.     Not a great hotel but very good for the price. Good location right on Main Street in theater district with plenty of dining options just steps away. Room was old but good decor, spacious, and comfort. Pool was closed for season and wouldn’t have been able to enjoy as the night I was there it was storming but would be nice to enjoy on a nice day even in cooler months.     Comfortable Stay with a Great Location

    My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 6 nights...a couple before and several days after our Norwegian Star Antarctica Cruise. We enjoyed our stay here immensely! We stayed in a room on the 7th floor overlooking the grocery store with a small bit of a city view. It was little noisy some nights due to a theatre being right beside it, but we got used to it due to all the walking that we did during the day! Just an FYI, the Gray Line Hop-On Hop-Off Bus meeting point is about a 10 minute / 3 block walk away past the Obelisk from this hotel as we had already pre-purchased our tickets on-line. Make sure you get directions from this hotel ahead of time to go to the meeting point (and not the ticket sellers that are really close to this hotel) to be able to find it! We found our room to be very well appointed and quite comfortable. There were also lots of healthy hot and cold choices for breakfast which everyday provided some variety! We also enjoyed using the roof top pool, as some days the weather was very hot!

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
