    This is a great spot in BA! The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is incredibly helpful! We had difficulty getting transport late at night from the airport. We messaged the hotel and they immediately arranged for someone to pick us up. We had left our luggage at the hotel when we went to Igauzu Falls and when we arrived back it was a welcome site to have our luggage waiting for us in the room. The location is also great with lots of good restaurants and cafes close by. I would highly recommend Casa Calma!

    Very quiet, peaceful restaurant with spa shower. Unfortunately in December if you open the window, you hear a very loud generator outside your room, diminishing the peaceful experience.

    My husband and I loved the place, extremely clean and neat. Location was excellent. The personnel attention was great, very helpful and kind.Will use Casa Calma Hotel in the future.

    The hotel was okay but the manager, Emily, was by far the most helpful and friendly and kind person we encountered in our travels. She lined us up with a fabulous dinner and Tango show, complete with round trip transportation for a great price.The hotel is tiny and rooms are not air conditioned but it’s charming in its own way. All the desk people were wonderful but Emily is a standout!

    Angekommen super freundlich empfangen auf Englisch das Hotel erklärt, late checkout haben wir schon vorab abgestimmt, Check in ebenso vorab per WhatsApp. Ganz tolles geräumiges Zimmer, kühl war ohne Klimaanlage auszuhalten, obwohl es die natürlich gibt. Frühstück ist gut und akzeptabel aber ausbaufähig. Lage ist auch sehr gut. Arrived super friendly welcome explained the hotel in English, late checkout we have already agreed in advance, check in also in advance via WhatsApp. Really great spacious room, cool was bearable without air conditioning, although of course there is. Breakfast is good and acceptable but could be improved. Location is also very good.
