Went to Buenos Aires with a group of friends and stayed at CASASUR. After reading the reviews, there were some nagative ones that worried us. I have to say that this hotel was 10/10 for us. Clean, Quiet, great location, beautiful rooms, amazing staff, and a very nice Buffet breakfast every morning. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a midrange option.I had a suite on the 3rd floor.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Check-in was fast and smooth. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped — everything I needed was right there.Daily housekeeping was done to a high standard, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and pleasant.The location is great — close to major attractions and public transport, yet the room was quiet and peaceful at night.Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! I’ll definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to friends.

Good stay in a nice area

Super location - walkable to good local bars and restaurants, and an easy taxi ride into the city. Rooms are modern and comfortable, a quiet oasis in BA. Breakfast was good (vegetarian) quality and plentiful. Pool area isn’t massive but good to have a quick dip and relax outside. Good ice cream shops nearby.Staff helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Like lots of modern hotels, the corridors outside the rooms have low light.

Poor breakfast, no ham, and anything you ask for, has an extra cost (1/2 avocado at USD3). Staff serving breakfast looks unhappy, never smiled.Ugly experience at their business center on 8th floor: they served raw, cold and chewy beef at dinner one they, and the following day they forgot to offer tea for breakfast, so we have to ask for it.... but they never brought it
