    Our flight arrived at 2am so it was lovely to have an alert, friendly front desk clerk to check us in. His command of English was also appreciated as my limited Spanish was not great at that late hour. We were on the 6th floor at the front of the hotel, looking directly over the cemetery. For location, this can’t be beat as so many restaurants, bars and shops were close by. Breakfast was the usual (fruit, pastries, cereal) but the eating area didn’t seem big enough for the number of guests. We once ate in the courtyard but it was obvious it’s not really maintained. All that said…this isn’t a 4 star hotel. There are stains on the walls, ceiling, shower curtain and cupboards. One of the cupboards is missing a handle. There are chips on the walls and doors and several areas that were carelessly painted. The cupboards are a waste of space as there’s nothing in them except 2 plates, 2 glasses and 2 sets of cutlery. Also the hallway light creepily flickered our whole stay. Honestly giving it 3/5 is a bit generous although the staff we encountered were great.

    The view of the cemetery was breathtaking! Was so cool to see it from above! The hotel was nice. My room had a kitchen and unlike the pictures online it was missing a stove/oven. This wasn't a big deal for me because I wasn't going to use the kitchen anyways. The AC takes a minute, but the room was nice and cool. It's right outside a very touristy area and seemed like it was going to be loud; however once I got in the room it wasn't. I recommend staying here!There was bag storage for us before check in and after check out the next day to help us explore more of BA!

    Very well located, close to several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and tourists attractions - it is right in front of the Recoleta Cemetery. The breakfast was really good, the room is very comfortable and all the crew was really kind. Hope to be back soon!

    Cyan Recoleta Hotel is perfect for someone who wants to be in the middle of everything. Directly outside the door are bars playing loud music late into the night. The Recoleta Cemetery is across the street. Unfortunately, there is a school nearby, and if school is in session (like it is now March 2024), then they the children start their mornings outside and it gets very noisy with their chatter. I was awaken at 7:35AM by their talking only to jump out of my skin by the very loud music the school plays to let them know to go inside the school. And son't think about taking a nap later in the afternoon...around 3:55pm the music starts again!

    Excellent apart hotel, comfortable , good location, is great idea for business travel or tourism. Good service attention and clean room. Regular Internet connection. Good Breakfast. Average fee. Recommendable.
