Facility

78 rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Prime location, outstanding cleaning service, spacious rooms and extremely kind and helpful staff make this hotel the best choice in the area. A few public bus stops within 5-minute walk, a couple of recommendable restaurants just around the corner. Strong Wifi 24/7. If you're staying longer, you might find breakfast a bit repetitive (unvaried) and boring, but there's always a lot of food options to choose from (fruit, eggs, cornflakes and cereal, butter and jam, cheese and ham).

    The Deco Collection Hotel is a good, budget-friendly option in Buenos Aires. Ideal for business trips (although the internet isn't very fast), it's very well located in the Retiro area and close to Recoleta.Although the building feels a bit dated and could use some updating (mainly the elevators), the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a good night's sleep.The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Buenos Aires.

    Please; please don’t book this hotel it’s not what it seems in photos . Very old hotel with very hostile , unfriendly , rude staffs.The rooms look very outdated, bathroom are rusty and old , even hotel tv is smaller than fridge magnet .The lift looks like it’s going to break any second. The lobby is too small. My travel agent booked nights for me but I didn’t stay as it looked so not 4 star then I had to pay extra to move to other hotel.I don’t know how this hotel is given 4 star it’s just 2 star cheap hotel in that area.Save your money don’t stay in this hotel.     Was told to make reservation with them officially and that they would charge my card in person upon check in. However they still charged my card in USD which is 2.2x the rate I would pay if paid in person plus a 30% tax. The reservations department continuously hangs up on me once they know I was trying to correct this. I had already stayed with them once in the past and was advised to do the same and had told them I was going to make another reservation the same way. Do not stay with them, this is not a reputable company.

    Not one I'd go back to!!Whilst the location is good, this hotel is very dated.The first room we were given was small and the bathroom looked like it was from the 1950's-including all the dirt from that time.We were moved, "upgraded' to room that was bigger-had a lounge as well as a bedroom. However, the bathroom, whilst a little cleaner still felt like it was stuck in the 1950's. Worse, the sofabed in the lounge was filthy, had stains and was torn in several places.The breakfast was below par too. Whilst there was some variety there, sadly the breads/cakes and the fruit were left uncovered with the result that the flies had a field day.As we were checking out early in the morning, we asked for an early breakfast (6am). Were told this was not possible. We complained to our agent as we had paid for bed and breakfast. Only after that did the hotel agree to provide a packed breakfast for us.
