    Great location requires maintenance

    Very close to Subway train station, super markets and convenient. But the twin beds are not suited for adults. Kitchen utensils needs to be replaced (Teflon peeling off). However the service folks were nice and helped out by storing our bags since we had a late night flight. If you are planning to stay during holidays like Christmas or New year definitely recommend a place with kitchen since most of the restaurants and stores are closed.     You get what you pay for, minus a bit

    Dream Studios had a lot of promise and did not deliver. The air conditioning did not work in our first room, but there is no way to get in touch with staff outside of business hours, and they do not answer email immediately. They switched us to another room the next day, but we soon realized that all of the air conditioners are right above the beds, so you’re either freezing or dying of heat, and the air conditioner is not good at self regulating. The showers are bizarre. They pulsate between hot and cold water every two seconds. There is a surge of pressure that gets scolding hot, and then the water gets cold. The building constantly reeks of bleach from the cleaning staff. The walls have a bizarre and creepy wallpaper with an inverted image of a burlesque dancer with a headdress. Truly do not know where the hell they found something so unique..... The towels are super thin and scratchy, too. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. You’re better off finding an AirBnB or spending a little more on a hotel. We were disappointed... if you couldn’t tell.     If you want to Live like a local, this is the place. Nice modern Suites, modern. Very well located.Lacks the service of a clasical hotel.Public trasportation very near and also supermarket. No cleaning during the weekends. If you want to be on your own this is the place to be.     Sad to see what its becoming

    Our 3rd trip back, we used to love this place but it's really getting tired. The walls are starting mold, it's in desperate need of a paint job. Our sheets were gray and had holes in them. Our pillows smelled like whoever slept on them previously. I bought covers for the time we were there. We paid to use the roof top for a lunch we'd planned one after noon, the place was really dirty. They took our money but did not clean it for us. The sink was so full of grease, I will spare you the gross details. We're very sad and curios what year they received their "cert of excellence"? It used to be fantastic with nice staff but all of that has changed. We hope if they read this, they will consider showing the place the TLC is deserves, bring it back to what it used to be. On a good note, the housekeeping was still excellent even though they only had grey, holey sheets to use. Kudos to them!     The accommodations are fantastic and the location the best, you are close to everything and from there you can go everywhere. The personal is really helpful. Every room/apartment is actually like a real apartment so after I stay for several day and it made me feel like a real home away from home.
