  Don’t Not Stay here, awful!! Dirty bad condition over priced!! Disaster

  My partner and stayed here our first night in BA …. We were so disappointed it was awful. Dirty and scruffy shocked at how much it cost for this.Probably one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The check in was a nightmare, downloading apps for door entry ( if you don’t have a mobile phone you would be screwed. Outside of building is very cool and foyer but don’t be fooled. In the apartment The floors were all warped and split ( laminated floor) (see pic) bathroom was tiny and dirty. No water or any welcome pack just powder coffee and powdered milk in a cup ( x1) no comfy place to sit hard metal chairs. Bucket in the corner for a bin . Bedside light was very dangerous wiring,fire waiting to happen.( see photo) no outlets by bed for phone or such. No hairdryer. mattresses was comfy but stained pillows disgusting don’t dare to think what this stain was.( see pics) it’s a bit like a bad student flat . We paid £190 for one Friday night )absolutely ripped off . Does not look like website photos at all .

  Where to stay in Buenos Aires

  The view of Buenos Aires from the higher floors is SPECTACULAR and the staff (Rocío, Jonatan, y Nelson) we’re super friendly and very professional. They really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. We checked in on the 23th floor and were met by these incredibly friendly hosts. Since we arrived early in the morning, our unit was not ready for us to occupy it. Quite disappointing after an 11-hr flight but understandable. However, we were offered to use the showers in the gym on the first floor and leave our luggage on the 23 floor all day while we explored the city. We stayed at this property twice. Our first stay was just 2 nights in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 9th floor; the space was very comfortable for 4 adults. When we returned for a full week stay, our apartment was on the 32nd floor and the views overlooking Río de la Plata were absolutely stunning. Ask for a view looking to the East to see the most beautiful sunrises.Things to note: although a full kitchen is available, there is no coffeemaker. Instead, they have water heaters for Mate (tea) but you can request a coffeemaker or simply purchase instant coffee. The bathrooms have no shades or window coverings. Therefore, if you get one unit on the lower floors, be warned you will be mooning the neighbors across the street. We visited in the fall and the water in the pool was very cold. I’m sure during the summer months people make great use of it. Each room has its own AC unit with wireless control. There is 24/7 security downstairs. Across the street there is a “confitería” where you can have wonderful meals and good coffee.

  I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a "constructive" criticism more "categories" should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying).Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown.My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets.The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background.The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me.I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!!   Totally Overrated !

  The hotel is actually nice but management of the place needs urgent improvement as it is causing lots of inconveniences for visitors which are annoying !1. In check in rooms get mixed up by numbers and you are getting WhatsApp messages which don’t belong to you.2. Laundry gets mixed up and delayed. If you need you laundry, don’t count on them.3. Electronic key stops working without warning and you are stuck in front of your door.4. Internet stops working interrupting your business related work. Additionally see point 3No entrance working anymore.5. Breakfast opposite the hotel and it’s charged at 15.- $US…. Book without breakfast and pay at the place yourself for less than 5.-$ 6. Stayed 3 weeks and my business stay was Cut short but 3 days, but they charged the full price, which was unreasonable.7. Cleaning only one time per week ! Had to ask for twice a week, didn’t seem to be welcome !8. Stay at an upper floor….. don’t be in a hurry if you have an appointment…. Elevators working slowly or sometimes only 2 out of 4

  We booked via Airbnb and did not get a reply to any messages we sent but once we had arrived the check in process was easy, the office staff were great. Air on excellent, the room phone was missing so we used WhatsApp to contact the office. There we touches missing, no welcome information, no soap, no wine glasses, pretty tatty pans, no bath plug (one delivered on request). The room keys would randomly stop working and had to be changed. Reassuring to have security on the door. We used the pool, not enough loungers but clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay but not really worth the money. We were told we we not on a breakfast package but if we had been guests use a cafe opposite. We didn’t use the tv as the view was better!
