Facility

4 junior suites, 58 single rooms and 58 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     The hotel is located at one of the main streets in Buenos Aires. I was there Saturday-Sunday, and it was surprisingly quiet at night. I was really worried re. noise when I came , but the hotel obviously has a good sound insulation, The room was very nice, with all what is required. Very clean, modern in style and well furnished, with a nice bathroom. What was disappointing was the bar / restaurant: I only arrived around 9.30 p.m. and wanted to eat something, but the "restaurant" is a few tables at the bar area, and with very poor service. The I was ignored for 10-15 minutes, with personell walking through the room without any reaction. Finally I left and looked outside for something to eat but this clearly was not my choice, as a woman alone and close to 10 p.m at night....     We unfortunately would not recommend Eurobuilding Boutique, Buenos Aires, for a few reasons; it was difficult finding anyone who spoke English / the included provision of coffee (BLACK ONLY), was only 2 x sachets for 2 x adults over 2 days. Tea sachets and/or milk needed to be purchased separately from their onsite cafe. The noisy air-conditioning only kept the room at a warm temperature and could not be adjusted lower / the bathroom cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Perhaps choose somewhere else to stay.     This hotel is in a great location, all the amenities with a very helpful and friendly staff. They accommodated our early arrival and request for a little later checkout. Easy walking around town to visit the sites but Uber is also available here in the city. Plus a rooftop with a great view and a pool. We didn't go swimming but we made use of the view with a nice bottle of wine from a corner grocery store.
