  It covers the basics

  This hotel is centrally located, a couple of blocks from the Obelisk and the Piedras subway station. From there you can walk to most must see places like: Cafe Tortoni, Casa Rosada, Plaza de Mayo, Congress, Calle Florida, Mercado San Telmo, and Puerto Madero.There's also a Supermaket steps from it and I felt generally safe in the area, except for a couple of rough-sleepers close by the entrance but I had no issues, even at night.I stayed in a single room, with no outside view but it was ok, offering the basics I needed. The hotel is clean, safe, has small and slow elevators but I was fine. I didn't have breakfast there but it's offered for convenience.   worst nightmare

  Room was horrible. all the pictures on the website are about 100 years old. the towels were used.   Great location but….

  We chose this hotel for its location as it’s right in the center and we could walk everywhere easily. Besides it’s just next to Carrefour supermarket opened 24h where you can get anything you need. It’s a decent hotel for its price and service. We stayed 3 nights and the room was always cleaned everyday. However no fridge in the room and there were only 2 hangers in the bathroom and nowhere else in the room, and talking about bathroom.. it was terrible, the toilet didn’t flush well and even if we reported it everyday and they said they would send someone to check but I guess there was nothing to do about it. Also the 2 elevators were very small and slow so take it easy.. no rush.   Great location, Modest rooms, Small elevators, clean and staff tries hard to answer questions. Cabs out front door and u can walk anywhere in any direction. No frills but plenty of restaurants on same block.   Horrible experience

  We had the bad luck to stay at this hotel in August 2023. Mainly because of the attention we received. There was this bald employee, I think his last name was Monti or something like that. He treated us in a very rude manner and when it came time to charge us he insisted on doing it in cash. I'm almost sure that he scammed us to keep some of the money. This hotel should put honest and educated people to deal with customers. People like this guy should be fired. Horrible experience!
