    Good at:Hotel has a good price.Amazing location Bathroom.Starbucks downstairs Electric access to room.Safety boxNeed to improve:CleanlinessStaff was not nice and helpful.Old building need lot of renovation Need new furniture(bed, TV, ) and good taste in decoration.Overall the hotel was not bad but need to improve. And I believe the doing some renovation right now which is great.

    Good location, close to lots of bars and restaurants. Basic breakfast, nice coffee. Showers hot but the bidet takes up a lot of room in a very small bathroom. More pillows would be appreciated. WiFi very slow and intermittent.

    Stayed five nights for a really cheap price. The room was okey with working air-condition. The location was great, really central. The breakfast was not that good and not worth the price, but it is optional.

    Where to start.. 1100pesos for one night..okay,a little expensive but whatever.. no breakfast included..something we got over..How old and run down the stairway/lift area was.. no!And the room..it was absolutely shocking! yes it resembled the picture to a certain extent, and yes everyone knows cameras work magic..but wow! It was grotty, small, a little box of a TV and it was noisy. I was embarassed that I booked this room as a surprise for my boyfriend and well.. I was left very let down. Do not believe the pictures one bit!The one star goes for the location which is very central.

    -No Wifi for 3 nights I was here (when wifi was at "full bars")-Dirty towels with yellow stains in multiple areas -No hot water 2nd-4th day-Reserved taxi service to airport for last day and the reception desk never actually booked it-Unfriendly staff
