    Reception disorganised. Room old & dark & dingy in need of refurbishment. Beds creaking, peeling wallpaper, view of a wall. Bathroom small mouldy grout needs replacing dusty.

    The people who work on the front door and at breakfast are so lovely and attentive, we really felt welcomed during our stay here, great rooms and the pool is excellent, ideal location. Only criticism would be the breakfast having a few more warm options and not a massive fan of the coffee! But would stay again.

    Libertador looks pretty worn -- much more the rooms than the public spaces, which are fine except for a very occasional tattering between the strips of carpeting. Even the bathroom towels are worn thin, with 2 that we received over our 4 days at the hotel very tattered at the ends. From our experience, the infrastructure also appears to be wearing out. The first room we were given smelled distinctly of mold. To the hotel's credit they moved us promptly, and the next room had no smell. However, we soon learned that this room lacked hot water and cooling capacity from the air conditioning. Again, quite promptly a technician appeared, and after he did some work in the bowels of the building, we did have hot water and cooling. Unfortunately, 2 days later we were again without both hot water and cooling. Service was good, not particularly warm or friendly, but all-round effective.

    We only had one brief night in this hotel. It was close to a mall and hundreds of shops. The bar and communal area was large. Our room was a bit tired but adequate. Breakfast not so great for a 4* hotel but enough really. Would stay again based on its location.

    Worst attitude and customer service seen so far

    Hotel located centrally and convenience of everything close by including bug famous Galerias Pacificos attracted us against our fellow travelers stating that at night it is not that safe.Room was ready when we checked in, well we did nook a club room so it was not as cheap as regular room, so I am guessing it was part of it.In the middle of the night when I got up to go to the bathroom I discovered water flooding though the ceiling, it was like a big flood. I reported it, and we had to switch rooms.It is interesting it was no apologies, no checking on us if we like new room. club benefits included small bite, tapas and drinks during certain times.When we ordered, they didn't even indicate we had to pay for what we ordered.I didn't exactly complaint, no point, no one cares or interested in pleasing guests, but I did ask if anyone will check ever with us how we were after flooding and all unfortunate events. Young lady at reception actually directed to write a negative review, she was rude and very indifferent.I think Argentina changed a lot before it was nice and welcoming, but I have to say.stay away from this hotel, it can ruin your vacation vibe and spoil entire trip. Just sad experience
