    Really large spacious rooms, very clean and a good breakfast buffet. Gracious, slightly dated but very comfortable hotel. Fantastic service from Allan Pallares who assisted us during our stay - he was responsive, warm and very service oriented - he made a huge difference to our front desk experience and ironed out some minor issues we had very smoothly and quickly. We really appreciated the convenience and safety of the complimentary shuttle service to restaurants in the vicinity - waited no more than a few minutes each time and included taking us back to the hotel too. The hotel is walking distance to the San Telmo area. The concierge was also very helpful.
