    Very bad service, very old, they never renovate it. The rooms are not clean, very dirty;I asked for my airpods because I left them after making the checkout and there wasn’t a number that worked for speaking to someone. Not a good experience; just the location is good.

    Bad service. TV didn’t work. Air conditioner stuck on one temperature. A/C Remote didn’t work. No water in the mini fridge. One night, I needed some water, I called reception to ask for it, and I had to hear a few words from the receptionist about they not offering room service after 4pm. BUT THEY DIDN’T HAVE WATER IN THE MINI FRIDGE! Terrible elevators. Old and always stuck and out of service. Also they start to remove breakfast itens 20 minutes before time. They say it’s until 11am, if you get there 10:40, forget about it. You won’t have any food. Last but not least, the room is filthy. Anyways, I don’t recommend this place for anyone. I had a bad experience.

    The hotel is very old and the facilities hasn’t been renovated. The staff is rude and slow, the breakfast is ok but if you get there past 10 the food qnd the dishes doesn’t get renewed. The milk was cold, the coffee was bad. At our last night, the cleaning ladies forgot to put water on the refrigerator and we ask the reception for some. The front desk guy came in a very bad mood and gave us a speech about the hotel doesn’t having room service. We understand that, but the water should be at the refrigerator in our room at that point. They don’t change the towels every day and the face towels they take away and doesn’t put back.Very bad hotel, don’t book it.

    Definitely the hotel is far from being four stars. One star should be enough. To start with the staff when we checked in was cold, almost rude. The room had a very unpleasant, humid smell. Every time you flashed the toilet the water would continue flowing forcing you to get up over and over again to fix it, also the bathroom door screeched loudly every time you opened it. The shower was only a cold shower. Since only a very little amount of got water leaked for the shower fixture. The breakfast was awful . If you are Italian don't dare drink the coffee please. The elevators were too small and dirty. It is obvious that the hotel needs maintenance. It felt like a hotel from a horror movie.

    La habitación olía a hotel alojamiento. El baño olía aún peor. Nada parecido a las fotos. Pedí cambio y me enviaron a una habitación con tachos por las goteras del techo. Además no había sido higienizada. Huí a los 30 minutos. Un horror.The room smelled like hotel per hour. The bathroom smelled even worse. Nothing looked like the photos they show in the web page. I asked for a change and they sent me to a room with buckets because of the roof leaks and it had not been sanitized. I runes away at 30 minutes of arriving . A horror
