  The biggest disappointment in Buenos Aires. SEE MY PICTURES !!! A true “Tourist Trap”

  I travel more than one hundred nights a year and have never seen anything like this. M Concept Hotel is marketed as a 4-star boutique hotel, yet it feels like a run-down boarding house. The neighborhood is unsafe, with trash everywhere and drug users on the sidewalks. Our room had cracks, leaks, and broken furniture; the bathroom door wouldn’t even open fully, dirt accumulated in the bathroom and on the walls—clear evidence of total neglect of hygiene (see the pictures!). The elevator kept getting stuck, which put our children at risk. We had to leave in a hurry and pay for another hotel. Anyone considering staying here should think twice: this is a true “tourist trap.”

  Centrally located hotel

  Concept M hotel is centrally located in Buenos Aires. The Plaza de Mayo is a few minutes walk from the hotel. In the surroundings there are a lot of restaurants and cafés. The lobby is modern and the reception is friendly. The rooms are okay but not for spacious and the bathroom is rather small. Also there is some room for maintenance of the rooms.

  Deceptive advertising

  Very disappointed with the accomodations, they do not match what is advertised. Both of the bed mattress and pillows where filthy, smelly, and woren out (sags). I brought it up the concierge and show them pictures of how big the stains where on the mattress (they where huge) probably wine, coffee or bodily fluids; the pillows had this smell of salvia or body fluids that can only come from a male. I asked them to make the proper arrangements to take care of the issue but they only gave me a clean pillow. The AC unit made loud noises all day long and the bathroom definitely needs some remodeling . Very attractive lobby but, that is pretty much it

  The hotel in a good location to explore Buenos Aires

  We stayed in M Concept Hotel for few nights. Reseptionists were really helpful and they spoke good english. The hotel was clean, in a good location. Breakfast was good, it cost around 10 dollars. They provided airport transfer with a reasonable fee. They can also arrange tickets to football matches or tango shows, which was a great add. Room service worked daily as it supposed to work.

  I got a very nice room on the top floor with a balcony room was small, but very cosy view was incredible and the cost was quite decent but 60 bucks Canadian night breakfast was decent what you expect and most of these countries and the hotel was in a great location For everything can’t say enough about this place. It was nice clean fairly. Modern lobby was awesome and staff was very friendly.The only thing I would say negative and it was minor was that that high up on the floors of the hotel there was very little water pressure other than that I would read the HOTEL 9 1/2 or 10 stars clean safe and a great location
