    Very run down hotel.

    rating14 Jan 2025

Location is ok, but the entire hotel is very run down. When we arrived they had only reserved 1 room instead of 2 as requested and paid for. The room itself was badly maintained (holes in the curtains, stains on the walls, beds and furniture, geyser leaking into the bathroom roof). Breakfast was below average. The staff was not very friendly. The outside was very dirty with homeless people sleeping on the benches. Eventually (after much to and fro with our organisers) they gave us slightly better rooms (but with many flaws of their own), but we would have left had we had the time to arrange other accommodation. Avoid if possible.

Location location location!! Clean rooms! Nice breakfast , nothing fancy! Argentinian pastries, white bread wheat bread, ham and cheese, coffee, tea ,milk and cereals ! Furniture and decor are old fashioned, mattresses were ok, The worst part was just flat sheets in the beds ! Employees were polite and friendly!!

    They should be embarrassed.

    rating24 Apr 2024

I would not stay in this hotel again, but it was not bad enough to leave. The location felt a bit unsafe, and there were about 7 homeless people sleeping right by the entrance. The elevator seemed fragile, maybe needs last rites. The heavy handrail on the stairs came off in my hand. Paint is peeling here and there, windows are cracked, dirt is swept into corners. Some of the staff were very nice (not all), and the breakfast was good. The bedding was pilled. The floor in the rooms was uneven, with some boards not level with others. The toilet was hidden behind the bathroom door, difficult to maneuver. The view out of the picture windows in our. 2 rooms, was ridiculous and depressing, just a few feet from another very ugly wall. The lighting was too dim, perhaps so we would not notice any issues.

    Good hotel for the money

    rating15 Feb 2020

I stayed twice here within 10 days and I must say it was a good experience. It's central and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Not a castle, but for the money you pay it's ok. On our second visit the TV wasn't working in our room so they gave us complimentary breakfast, which was a good solution. I recommend it if you are travelling on a budget.
