    We only spent a night here so my experience is a bit limited but I’d like to have stayed longer. It’s in Palermo Soho & an easy walk to Plaza Serrano & Plaza Armenia which have restaurants, bars & weekend markets. We’d stayed in the area at an AirBnB earlier in our trip & Palermo Soho is a good base. Feels safe at night & quite a few of the buildings have colourful murals.The hotel is small but our room (a suite) was a good size and tastefully done. Breakfast was nice. The young staff (my daughter thought they all looked like models) are excellent & speak great English. A free glass of wine comes with the stay & the hotel appeared to run various food and wine events. The only downside was a broken toilet seat but that’s an easy fix.     Room has strong solvent smell, not clean (furniture damaged and stained). Electric socket hanging from wall - dangerous. Receptionist unable to help and refuses to put me in touch with manager. Nightmare. Do not believe the positive reviews - this place looks nothing like the photos.     Little Gem in Palermo Soho

    The hotel itself is cozy (6 rooms) and clean. It has charm as opposed to the "chain" hotels. Each room have TVs but do not have English speaking stations if that is a must for the traveler. The best thing was the staff. The two ladies that seem to do everything from check-in to breakfast are incredible with an attitude well be "can do". They make the stay with dining recommendations, arranging transportation and storing baggage just to name a few items.
