Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the city’s tourist, shopping, and banking area. It is conveniently situated near the Manzanas de las Luces and the city’s landmark buildings: the government building, the town hall, the cathedral, and Plaza de Mayo. The Puerto Madero shopping and leisure complex as well as the traditional San Telmo district are both within easy reach, and it is about 300 m to the railway station.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 96 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Good Hotel in a good location. Room was a bit on the small side but very clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Kettle, though, was hopeless! This was used to heat the water for the tea but constantly cut out with staff having to fiddle with the switch or wires under the table. Not very good, just fix it!Not much atmosphere in the bar and therefore very underused.     The NH Collection Buenos Aires Crillon is a great location when exploring Buenos Aires. The rooms were great and service was also great. The breakfast was very excellent and delicious, many selections of different breakfast items (eggs, fruit, yogurt, vegetables, breads, coffee and teas, etc).     Nice Hotel although bedroom a bit dowdy

    Overall good hotel, great location for subway, restaurants, and a lot of BA attractions. Breakfast Room and Service and Buiffet selection very good. Bedroom size and quietness very good although like many rooms, they face onto a central void so a bit dark and ugly view from the window. Overall room was a bit grey but fine for a city hotel where you spend very little time in the room anyway.
