    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location. It appeared tobe maintained to a good standard and very clean. The size of our room was goodwith a large bathroom and powerful shower. The staff were very patient and helpful.Bianca, the guest relations manager, was an absolute delight. She wasknowledgeable, very capable and went out of her way to accommodate a milestonewe were celebrating. The breakfasts were delicious with an abundance of choiceincluding options that you could order like omelettes, eggs benedict etc. We left withsome very fond memories and would definitely return when we next visit BuenosAires.

    Highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful staff, great location, comfortable and clean rooms, and the restaurant has excellent food. Concierge Diego, bartenders Alejandro and Gazpacho, truly all the staff are so kind and welcoming and helpful. I go to Buenos Aires regularly and this is the only place I’ll stay.

    Six Night Stay at the Palladio

    From the moment I arrived at the hotel and until I checked out, I was made to feel very welcome.This is due to the friendly and efficent staff. On reception I was looked after by Felipe who checked me in and also helped me get a room upgrade at a discounted price, as I was an All Accor Member. On a rainy morning, Felipe also showed me the hotels largest suite room 1402 and showed me the business and event spaces of the hotel.Bianca on reception was also very helpful, and so too were the othe recption staff I interacted with during my stay.Plaudits also to Diego the Head Concierge, who really helped wiyth my itinerary and went that extra mile by booking me a tour into Congress. Gualiano the other concierge was also very helpful.The dining and bar team were also very friendly and efficent, as I had breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea during my 6 night stay.The quality and choice of food and drink for breakfast was excellent and of vey high quality, with plenty of choice. The steak was also fabulous accompanied by a glass of Malbec. Afternoon tea was wonderful and is for two people, so I had to box it up as there was too much food to eat in one sitting. The price was exceptional at £20.I visiited the gym, pool area and spa, but did not use any of the facilities, but managed to take pictures with permission from the staff.There were great views from one of the spa room balconies of the city.My room was an Executive Room at the back of the hotel on the third floor as I prefer a quiet part of the hotel. It was a great choice, as it afforded me some of the best nights sleep I had experienced in any hotel around the world. The room was large, clean, well appointed, the bed extremley comfortable and had touches such as complimentary wifi, a coffee machine and free daily water.I also took advantage of the turn down service in the evening. The housekeeping team, did a fantastic job of keeping my room clean and tidy.The hotel is in a perfect location so you can walk to a majority of sites, such as the Book Store, Recalto Cemetery, Colon Theatre, Obolisque, Museum of Fine Arts, Cathedral and Congress. To reach other destinations, there is a subway just along the street, and the Gray Line Hop on Hop off Bus, departs directly across the street from the hotel.I cannot recoomend this hotel enough for your dtay in Buenos Aires as it a boutique syle property with 113 rooms, very elegant and stylish and in a prime location. The staff however, are the hotel's best asset and made my stay memorable as a result of their kindness.

    Fabulous hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires

    We really enjoyed this hotel from the very first moment we stepped in. Luxurious, elegant and modern. We stayed in room 702 which was really specious, clean and well equipped. It had comfortable beds, nice bathroom/shower, extra seating area and lovely balcony overlooking the park. Its located in busy area but we felt safe walking around with our kids whether it was for shopping or sightseeing. For those that don't feel like walking, uber is super cheap and typically comes within minutes.Entire stuff is very professional, welcoming and eager to help. They will really make you feel at home. We have to send as special thanks to Diego in concierge who is one of the best we have met in his line of work.He was always super friendly and easy to talk to, gave us great city directions, food recommendations and paid attention to our preferences and needs.He was a great help in getting us tickets for River Plate-Boca Juniors(which are really hard to come by).He suggested tours that matched our vibe and pace, shared some fantastic insider tips-restaurants to check out, neighborhoods to explore and those hidden gems that turned ordinary days into unforgettable ones. Diego's warmth and genuine care really made a difference. If you are staying here (and we highly recommend that you do), you are in great hands with Diego. Yes, he is Boca fan but not everyone is perfect. ;)
