    We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was extraordinary, the place was fantastic, and the neighborhood was lovely. The room was incredibly spacious, with an incredible view, a comfy bed, and WOW—everything was perfect from the moment we stepped inside. The ambient scenting, the smiles from everyone at the front desk, the restaurant, and everyone else were so friendly.Adrian really made our stay special, and we’re definitely planning to return.     The employees at this hotel are the best! Front desk staff Camilo, Adrian, Victoria and Jose along with the breakfast and dinner crew. Simply the most helpful and courteous.     Excellent stay in Palermo with amazing staff and great local recommendations

    We had a really great stay at Palo Santo Hotel. The location in Palermo was perfect and close to loads of restaurants, bars and cafes, while still feeling calm and safe.The hotel itself was spotless, modern and really comfortable, with a very relaxed atmosphere and beautiful common spaces. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and overall it felt like a really well-run boutique hotel.What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and a special shout out to Camillo and Victoria who were amazing. They gave us fantastic local recommendations, helped with bookings and transport advice, and really made us feel welcome.Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.     We stayed for a week in late Oct /25. We arrived at about 4 AM and the night manager checked us in. He was amazing and got us into our room quickly. Our room was nice, air conditioned and always clean. Hotel itself was quiet. The area is not always so quiet. Really comfy bed and great shower. We had breakfast downstairs every day. The selection was perfect for Travellers on the go. Fresh fruit. Some meats. Eggs for those who wanted it and fresh juice and coffee was always on hand. Restaurant staff always treated me like gold. Concierge had the best recommendations for good food and/or drinks in the area. Seriously, they never did me wrong. This alone made my trip memorable. Never under estimate the power of the people when it comes to their town! I tip my hat to everyone at the Palo Santo. They truly gave us a memorable stay.
