  It's a good place to overnight if you're flying from Aeroparque. Bed linen provided, staff are helpful, drinks for saleUnfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom and a very strong smell, as the building is quite old.

  The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I speak very little Spanish, but they speak enough English to help me with any questions, including sharing ideas of things I might do for fun. It's in a perfect location -- close to a major subway station and bus stops, very near a hip shopping area, and surrounded by cool restaurants and bars. And it is very inexpensive!

  Avoid this place!!! Bathroom full of mold, lots of bug bites and disgusting beds

  I booked a twin private with ensuite from Jan 2-5. When we arrived, however, the bathroom was covered in mold to the point that it was absolutely unusable. We decided to spend one night. Poor choice. I woke up the next morning with bites and reactions along my elbow and wrists. The mattresses were old and disgusting - same with the covers. I doubt the throws have ever been washed. We left early on Jan 3th because of how filthy it was.When we discussed with the front desk, they agreed that the bathroom was unusable due to mold and thought refund 1 night of stay was reasonable. However, the manager/owner would not agree and offered to clean the room - which is ridiculous consider it is mold!Avoid this place!!!

  Tidy hostel in a nice part of town.

  This hostel has helpful and pleasant staff, who were patient with my poor Spanish skills, as well as being English proficient themselves. It is clean and well-structured. The breakfast is rather good. Perhaps the best thing is the excellent location, in one of Buenos Aires's best suburbs, within a quick trip on the metro to anywhere else in the city. The only downside (though small) in my stay, was the rather loud pair of men in my room at all hours of the night. Hardly the hostel's fault. I would happily stay here again.

  This location is not at all recommendable. I dont want to start with all the little things that were wrong. But they had BED BUGS. and not only a few. We also found some dead ones.When we complained the reaction was even worse, obviously they knew they had bed bugs and still they werent doing anything... In contrary, we were even asked "What do you want". We got a new room, but that was all (as we couldnt leave without paying all reserved nights!). At the end we were full with bites, that are still not gone over 10 days later.To be fair: The "normal" stuff at the reception was very nice and really tried to help us out, but because of their "manager" they could not do anything but be nice to us. The manager was the worst, she really didnt care. We showed her all our bites, but she was almost never available and she really didnt care what was going on in the Hostel.
