    Very friendly staff. Good location, but pretty noisy late at night. Clean and modern room. Lots of restaurants nearby. If you need laundry service, then 3 blocks away is a full service laundromat that will do a big basket for just under US$4.     Cyan Recoleta Hotel and Suites is in a great location near shops, restaurants, bars, parks and Cementerio de la Recoleta. The staff are accommodating, patient, friendly and very helpful. They do go above and beyond for travellers. The rooms are great, clean and are of a decent size. The views, if in a room facing Recoleta,are fantastic. I could not find any faults during my stay and would return to Cyan Recoleta Hotel and Suites on my next visit to Buenos Aires.     Excellent service from arrival. Staff were polite & helpful. Great location, nice neighbourhood, walking distance to everything. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, I had a studio with balcony view of Recoleta. A little noisy from plaza on Saturday night.     Good location but filthy!

    First the good:The view: I’m on the top floor and have a balcony with a glorious view over the cemetery and beyond.The location: across the road from the cemetery, bars, restaurants and a shopping centre close by. Very walkable.The WiFi.The water temperature and pressure.The reception staff are very helpful and speak English. Now the bad:The cleanliness: I’m actually pretty shocked how bad it is, if the bed wasn’t made I’d think no one had been in here since the last people checked out. There’s a dinner table that’s filthy, there’s hair and soap scum in the bathroom and the place is just generally a bit grubby.The maintenance: the bathroom door cannot be closed as the handle comes off in your hand, there’s also no back fixing on the front door. One of the draw fronts on the tv stand is hanging off - a small amount of glue would fix this easily.No instructions provided for the safe.Loud music audible from downstairs even with the windows closed. Overall I’m satisfied for the price I paid but I wouldn’t stay here again purely based on the level of cleanliness.     In the heart of Recoleta, great service, attentive staff and fantastic location

    My husband booked this hotel for our first stay in Buenos Aires. I arrived earlier and although the room was not ready the staff was more than willing to help accommodate us and give us tips to go dinning, and site seeing. Unfortunately my husband arrived later and very ill, and all staff were so helpful and attentive which helped me greatly. The hotel is located right in front of the La Recoleta cementero, walking distance to Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, walking distance to metro stations, very close to a shopping mall with a great movie theater and also close to ice cream places and lots of bars. We stayed at the suites on the first floor, which included a kitchen. Because of its location in the middle of party town, noise level was higher than usual but not that it affected our sleep. Included wifi and tv as well. Highly recommended.
