    Excellent hotel with a great location for visiting Buenos Aires. Reception was easy and stress free (special thanks to Veronica). The bar and restaurant were very good with great prices for quality food. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate for our needs. The room was clean, quiet and well prepared but looked a bit 'tired', forgiveable for the price point! Checkout was smooth. Staff all round were friendly with most having a good knowledge of English which was great. I really do recommend this hotel...

    My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before going on our cruise.Large double room with spacious bathroom.The hotel is in a quiet location, down a side street. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Complimentary bottle of water in the room.Restaurant served delicious food in the evening and the choice at breakfast was amazing.Nice area near the pool to sit under shade for a drink.Recommended

    The hotel is in a relatively quite location but not much in the immediate area but is a good baserooms are a bit dated no usb,s and mains sockets in odd places no tea or coffee making facilties (could request a kettle and related but no milk ?breakfast was extra but had a good choice

    Very Disappointed !! Definitely NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. Shame on whoever rated it as a 4.5 star. At BEST it is a 3 *!!I had a group of 10 staying here for 2 nights before going on a cruise. Prior to departure, I contacted the hotel and asked about a transfer from the airport to their hotel. As listed, they had SUPPOSEDLY a bus that could transport. I confirmed it via email and was given the price. 2 days before our arrival I had an email stating that the price DOUBLED and was I still interested. OF COURSE I SAID NO and thought that was strange.Now at the hotel, I ask about a transfer for 10 to the pier on cruise day. After two hours I am told I am all set and was given the price. When I accepted the price, the gentleman behind the desk seemed surprised that I accepted their offer!! Now I understood why-------------the night before our departure, at 10:10 P I walked to the desk to reconfirm the time for our departure the following morning, and his response was:BY THE WAY I WANTED TO SPEAK TO YOU ABOUT THIS. My boss has already given the bus away to someone else. But he could offer me a van for 4 persons and luggage for an additional $15 per person !!! So no was my answer and I am furious that a business could be run by this. To me, it seems as though the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at any time here at this hotel.We had not towel for showers. I called down to the front desk--no problem--will sent them over----6 hours later we returned to the hotel--NO TOWELS. Confronted the gentleman at the front desk and as he was surprised-- he vowed to send towels--still non. Were given incorrect walking directions to a restaurant--they were approx. 1 mile plus off !!!! We all, cannot wait to get out of this crazy hotel and being in the travel business I will never advocate for this very confusing place who cannot stand by confirmations in writing. They have ruined the fist part of our vacatonThe breakfast IS NOT WHAT IS PICTURED on their website. Very , Very minimum and very disappointing !!
