Location

    No functioning fridge , no charging place next to bed, poor breakfast .

    Excellent location , but : not working refrigerator wchich is rather problematic with this high temperatures, impossible to call to reception , problems with hot water - rather barely warm . Impossible to chargé phones in the room , only in corridor or bathroom - strange for 4 Star hotel . Poor breakfast , poor coffee , horrible sausages , only super fruits and ham .

    Lovely Hotel , very nice large rooms with perfect furniture. Excellent location on main road, within walking distance of shops and places to see. Very large area of reception and and nicely decorated. Very comfortable Bedroom , and sitting area Celeste Hammann, Ventas at Scala Hotel Buenos Aires By Cambremon, responded to this review Thank you very much for your return, it is very important to us.     Beautiful hotel with fabulous service! The Scala has amazingly large rooms and a huge breakfast. The people are excellent and very professional. Our light dinners were great. This is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires.

    Lackluster hotel with arrogant staff

    I don't have much good to say about this place, I'm afraid.I spent 2 weeks here. I was given a room near the laundry and was woken every morning by the clang of the laundry press. It took a week of complaints before they moved me. They offered a multitude of excuses before they finally confessed that I was close to the laundry. Like it was a surprise to them...Breakfast was included. I have travelled all over and lived in 4 continents and I can say that this was the worst breakfast buffet I've ever experienced.It's also the only hotel I've encountered that charges you to leave your luggage for a few days.Rooms were ok but mine had ants. Bed was too short for my 191cm frame. Shower pressure was good.Desk staff were not helpful. I will compliment both the bell hops and the cleaning staff. Both were great.The location was good but not enough of a reason to return.

    I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. It is the worst hotel ever. Bad room service and no air-conditioning. In the beginning the cost was 11 thousand pesos a night and then they raised it to 23 thousand!!! Utterly terrible
