    Location, quiet, full kitchen and large rooms/ baths

    Best quiet location within walking distance of many sites. Extremely large rooms with full kitchen but the best fresh food breakfast. Many of the staff speak English. Elevators are separate for front and back rooms. Would definitely stay here again private courtyard with terraces overlooking it. Very safe.

    This is a big space. We booked for a family of 5 and it had 3 bedrooms - one ensuite and 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom. It was clearly an old apartment as it had a working kitchen, living room and a strange outside washing area and balcony. It would be useful if you are there for a few months or a few days. For me the location was ok but not great. We only walked in one direction - ie not every direction which tells me that the location wasn't the best - it is on the edge of town. We returned to BA and stayed in a more central location though which was dead at night (and this location was fine at night).The breakfast could do with a bit more effort although it wasn't bad.

    The Trianon apartments are the best deal for central Buenos Aires. Location in Recoleta is great, with restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centre (Bullrich), specialty food stores, and tourist sites all within easy walking distance.The apartments are very spacious (living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen), and though the decoration is classic and not fashionable, they are very clean and well maintained.Breakfast downstairs is fine, good enough, and can be ordered to the apartment.The service and attention from all the staff is exceptional, from reception, to security who help with luggage and bring things up to the apartment when needed, to cleaning staff. Any maintenance problem is solved immediately (e.g. a shutter that didn't close properly).We stayed here a week for medical purposes and couldn't have been more comfortable or better looked after!Definitely recommendable as the best of both worlds: an apartment with the service of a good hotel!

    Fantastic location, the apartments were very well equipped, more modern then I expected and large. The breakfast was very decent, and all the service I received was great. Great value for money as well when compared to hotels in similar areas. I realize this might be long outdated but at the time we arrived we were happy to know we were able to pay in cash in pesos which we got at a blue rate via Western Union around the corner.

    A real gem in BA!

    We are Argentines living in the US for over 30 years. In 1999 we discovered Trianon residence and have been staying there in our annual trips to Buenos Aires. The Trianon offers spacious apartments (1-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen) at very reasonable rates including daily maid service and a full breakfast. They have very friendly reception personnel and a superb chief of the reservations department, Gabriela Migliorisi. Gabriela is an excellent professional and very friendly and responsive. If you're planning to come to BA for business or pleasure, Trianon is the best place to stay!
