  Fix the loud slamming doors and this place would be pretty perfect

  negligence or just no interest to details?

  The good thing about the hotel is its location.No breakfast, complimentary tea/coffee though.Everything else is very-very-very average. But it would have been ok, as I am not very picky, had I not been deeply disappointed by the attitude.I booked a twin bed room. I specifically noted how important it is for me. I wrote multiple times to the hotel - no answer. I sent my friend I get my request right. The hotel assured them they were aware of the request. Yet, when I arrived, there was no twin bed room. There was no twin beds on the second day until the evening, and when I did receive two beds, there was no second set of towels in the room, until I requested it.I would like to mention that I booked a twin bed room for all days of my stay and I got BILLED for a twin bed room for all days of my stay. Not a word of apology or an offer to get the difference in rates between a one bed room and a twin bed room for the first three days that I did not get what I had booked.Moreover, on the day of my arrival I paid half of the total amount. And decided to wait with the second half until I get my two beds. When I did, I said I was ready to pay the rest. And... I got billed for ALL the amount, despite the fact that I had already paid for 50% of the total. It is only thanks to my Credit company that did not allow me to pay this sum. When I told the hotel I had paid 50% and showed the proof of payment, suddenly the hotel found my first payment and I got billed only for the rest 50%.   Perfect for an overnight stay

  Great staff. Very helpful, particularly Mateo, he was super helpful when I was having problems with Uber. Coffee and water fountain free at reception. Lovely clean hotel, comfy bed, great shower. The room was a little on the small side, hence I was glad to only be staying one night. Great location too.   Terrible hotel

  Misleading pictures, the room we stayed in was old and dirty. The walls were stained, bed linen were dirty, the furniture was ruined and old fashioned. I booked this hotel due to its location and reviews and I was actually shocked when I entered my room as I was expecting something completely different, such as a nice and modern room.   I was just here for a few hours after landing at EZE and needing to fly back out of AEP a few hours later.The guy at reception was very helpful and my room was fine for what I needed. I cant really add too much more than that really !Nice and easy for the airport.
