Location

The hotel is located in the best part of the city centre of Buenos Aires, 1 street block away from Florida Street, steps from the Galerias Pacifico Mall and well located for all of the city’s key sites and interesting neighbourhoods, including San Telmo, Recoleta and Puerto Madero. The hotel is also surrounded by a wide range of the city's best restaurants and a number bars. Guests can also easily access the public transport network. Jorge Newbery Airport is about 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

A suite, 4 apartments, 5 single rooms and 108 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.     Best thinng for me was the location of the hotel, we got everywhere with ease. Reception staff was so nice,we asked to change room at checkin because we were near the elevator and they helped us find the perfect room. The room itself was nice, clean and suited our needs. Breakfast was good

    The only reason I'm giving this hotel an average is because when I checked in to room 608, when I went to get in shower water just dribbled out, sink only hot water side came on, so asked for another room, given 103, almost same plumbing issues but given 2 twin beds hard as a Rock, then finally 204 which I stayed for 2 nights.Breakfast is modest & ok.Night manager Jonathan was a delight to converse with on my 1st sleepless night from jetlag.Hotel is nestled between many streets lined with tons of shopping and eateries.Rooms are modest not at all updated, but has good working ac, and refrigerator.I'd say I'd stay again but this is probably my last time in Argentina.Happy stays.

    Cons: 1. If you need the Internet, you will have to buy 4g because the hotel's Internet does not work. 2. The bathtub had no lid and cannot be used. 3. Very simple breakfast.Pro:1. The staff are very polite.

    Easily affordable accommodation for budget travellers. The hotel is on a quiet one way street in a convenient location to the local lifestyle of Buenos Aires. Easy walking to great restaurants, bars/bistros and shopping on nearby Florida. The rooms are clean, probably due for renovations but comfortable with plenty of hot water and a good bathroom. Breakfast included in room rate is adequate with good coffee and food to get your day started.     If you are looking for luxury this is not it. However the room and bathroom was functional and very clean. We had a room with three single beds which we very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our booking and the food was fresh fruit, juices cereals, pastries bread with a toaster and tea and coffee.
