    We stayed at Solares Del Sur for 2 nights during our visit to El Calafate, Patagonia. Very cozy 2 bedrooms, one full bath and kitchen cabin with a very good breakfast included. The night before they provided a tray with all the breakfast food, we requested eggs and they provided the eggs both days at no extra charge. we liked this system because we had breakfast at our convenient time. Also, they prepared box lunches (sandwich beverages and dessert) for our day excursion, and it was delicious with a very affordable price. We highly recommended this hotel

    We stayed here overnight. We arrived really late and they waited for us. It's like having a full house to yourself. There are two floors, kitchen area and restrooms. Bedrooms are on 2nd floor. They have heater on each floor. They had breakfast for us but forgot to plug it in. Its a comfortable stay. Parking outside the premise.

    What an absolute pleasure to stay at Solares del sud. Bith Abril and Pedro were excellent hosts, helping with anything from arranging airport transfers to bus bookings and even salt and pepper when needed. The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking Lake Argentina. Highly reccomended.Our cottage was cosy, warm and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

    This property is 2 or 3 kms away from shops and restaurants in El Calafate so not convenient without a car or other transportation. We had a small suite, patio in front, kitchen on the main floor, bedroom upstairs not suitable if you have mobility problems. Our rate included breakfast, left in the unit the night before because we had an early departure. There is a small restaurant which we didn’t have time to try.

    Very practical, nicely decorated (lots of wood, colors, local style) and very well-equipped facility. Very nice service. The facility is pet-friendly. The owners' cute cats were walking around the garden and looking into our house. It was cool!The bed mattresses and pillows were too hard and uncomfortable for us, but this is a subjective impression.Wifi practically did not work in the rooms despite a strong signal. The only place where you could use the Internet was the reception area with 2 chairs forthe guests. This is a very big minus of this place.
