    My favourite hotel

    Love this place. Clean, well maintained and spacious rooms. Lots of windows to open for fresh air and very comfortable. But above all, the staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and attentive. Lot's of nearby amenities and restaurants.

    The standard one bedroom suites are very spacious and comfortable, featuring a full kitchen with basic kitchenware. Big views from wall to wall windows. Very clean and very helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant is on the 11th floor and has great views as well. The Amerian is close to the lake and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

    It was easy enough to get there, the building is new and our check in was pleasant.The breakfast, on the top floor, has stunning views, but the breakfast itself was not very nicely presented, it seemed it was a staff problem, things were just not tidy, and the ambient music was too loud and of a bad taste. Little details that make a big difference when we starting off the day, other than that, all was good.I would stay there may I pass by Carlos Paz again.

    This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were large and the kitchenette was great. The staff was friendly, great and very accommodating. The restaurant had delicious food and the location was fabulous, right by the shopping and entertainment area of town.
