    Characterful/quirky hotel, well-located for the Falls

    The hotel is in a good location, about 25 minutes by car from the airport and falls, just outside the town. The eco "park" setting is quirky and worth a short visit. The breakfast/dining room is attractive, although the choice of evening meals is limited. There are a couple of other dining options within a few minutes walk. The rooms are located in a separate block, so an issue if it's raining. The rooms are spacious, but ours had a very noisy aircon unit directly over the bed, so impossible to have running at night.

    Beautiful eco-friendly hotel, and delicious restaurant!

    This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but as soon as you go through the door, it transforms into a beautiful Eco Park with a hotel and restaurant inside. The food at the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are very nice and the grounds are kept all natural with walking trails and a butterfly garden. The air-conditioning in the rooms works very well and the staff are super polite and sweet.I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Iguazú and be sure to eat dinner here!

    I experienced this hotel as a work in progress. My review could easily have been downgraded to 2 dots with one or two more problems, and it could easily have been upgraded to 4 dots with a few fixes. I appreciate the vision of what this facility is trying to accomplish. I thought the breakfast buffet was really good, the evening meal not so much. I stayed in room 36 which was spacious and quiet. The location is slightly inconvenient but it was doable walk (along the highway) to find a restaurant and grocery store. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and they accommodated leaving luggage at the front for early arrivals and late departures.

    Could have been a good hotel but too many shortcomings. Lukewarm showers, noisy surrounds, restaurant/bar stuff with little customer service. Asked for a spoon for my room…No! Cracked floor tiles, damp and mouldy bathrooms and overall the hotel needs some serious renovation. They boast a small bio centre but it’s a pretty sad place with little concern for the animals. Hotel is removed from town…45min walk or taxi. Has a pool but given the so called eco friendly credentials, everywhere is mouldy, damp and dirty. Overall, try for another hotel.

    Rooms were a good size but we had no hot water (just warm). Toiletries in bathroom were empty & not restocked during stay. Staff at bar/restaurant obviously did NOT want to be there….their lack of good customer service was very obvious. Breakfast was average…lack of crockery (cups/bowls) was just ignored by staff…even after multiple requests.
