    I stayed 4 nights in the second week of March, in a superior double room.The room very good , spacious , good shower and excellent box spring.The varied breakfast, for all tastes (coffee, juices, crescents, bills, puddings, breads, cold meat and fruits), would, in my opinion, improve the quality of the coffee.Excellent cleanliness of the room and common places.The really remarkable thing about the Hotel, apart from its location that is unbeatable, is the attention of all the staff always predisposed to any requirement, attending with professionalism and warmth.On my next trip to Mar del Plata, I would choose it again.     I wouldn't choose him again. The location is close to the MDQ casino. The room was an old apartment, which had no direct elevator. Very old everything. Shower the water came out pretty good. It's true that you have integrated kitchen if you need. The very limited breakfast there were no eggs, no vegan options. Very poor quality juice.     Lousy hotel, I still don't understand how they enable it, be in and breakfastSurvive,room to literally close , floors destroyed (sandy and dirty parquet) cables loose throughout the room due to bad cable condition channel (destroyed)Box spring and mattress for throwingThe loose toilet , i.e. it was not screwed to the floor.painting more than 20 years ago.     Whoever gave 4 stars to this hotel must have been seeing double-- at the most it is a 2 star superior. The descrition on Booking.com has nothing to do what we found, not even the curtains! The people were nice but that is a quality of the Argentean people, no credit to the hotel. We contracted a doble bed and were given 2 twins pushed together and no access to the manager nor did they do anything to fix the situation. Very run down in many aspects-- like an age-old red carpet in the halls which must date from the 60s. Breakfast is at the most for a 2 star place, pretty miserable fare. The best I could say is that it was clean.

    I asked for reservations for the same day: they offered us a 2-room appartment for a very convenient price.The 2 rooms where spacious, and, although not modern, furniture was OK, we got a king bed. Each room had a TV and separate air-conditioners. The bathroom looked refurbished and was spacious and nice.Free wi-fi Internet connection was available, and also parking with direct access to the hotel for a small price.Beakfast was excellent, and included the pastry for which Mar del Plata is well-known.And the location, unbeatable! 2 blocks from everything (peatonal San Martín, avenida Colón, Casino and Hotel Provincial, etc.).If I had to suggest anything: get rid of the carpets! They are worn out and old and the rooms would look much better without them.Generally speaking, the hotel certainly exceeded my expectations!
