    A beautiful stay. Ideal for family trips. Attention, breakfast, activities there are for the boys, the pool is beautiful. It's absolutely worth it. Just note that the spa does not work and that it is admitted at 4 pm But it can be consulted by use of facilities before , even if you do not use the room until that timeThe location...unique. one of evil and 3 of pedestrian.     The air conditioning wasn't workingThe fridge destroyed.The blind didn't lockThe unpainted baseboards.Accustomed to the developments that Rci works this leaves much to be desired.The unit itself very old and poorly maintained.Point in favor of cleanliness, pool and location.     I am a member of 7 years and I feel bad for the situation lived in reception very bad reception, broken awning room, bathroom videt bathroom tank bad plugs, does not work the missing oven utensils, and restaurant with a reservation made that was never set aside all problems, do not want to continue paying as much as a member and have an unpleasant treatment, with an unprofessional young man and the attention received in my admission on Saturday 3 I will not really recommend it to anyone as a hotel or as a club inn. Lousy.Today 9/01/2026 I leave at 8:30 the cleaning sign and return at 13 and the room remains the same without cleaning, I am showing me once again that it is not recommended in all forms of stay.     The facade of the hostel is well maintained, as are the facilities. The reception is very spacious. Staff at reception, breakfast and dinner very friendly. The playroom equipped for children. The swimming pool is very well maintained and well set but the towels are very small and have a lot of use. The room we were assigned for the rate we paid was small with heating and no air conditioning. Glass and blind need good cleaning. Comfortable bed just like pillows. The bathroom practical but the tank lost, the door pretty spoiled. The towels are replaced every day but you have a rating that they have a lot of use. The TV is extremely small and the remote control all broken.Breakfast and dinner is served on the fifteenth floor where the elevator goes up to the previous floor and you must climb up the staircase one floor. The view from there is beautiful. Breakfast is plentiful and constantly replenished, some spoonfuls were a little dirty. The carport is paid.     Perfect place in the Centre of Madrit

    Both for me and my daughter the hotel was perfect. Not only value for the price but the location [50m from Porta del Sol, Metro and city trains, absolute Madrid Centre], atmosphere and stuff was great. There is TV, fridge, towels - even toothbrush, razor, comb, shampoo and washing gel. Very kind woman ask if you want to have cleaning and she is giving you new towels and toilet paper. Air conditioning is working fine - the same as automatic blinds on the windows. WiFi also working fina. Really - for this price and location it was the best we can get. Aha - one more thing - almost everyone at least trying to speak English which is great because Madrit not always was like that ;)Nie podobało się · The only thing missing in the room is a kettle but you can always ask for it on the reception and they will lend you for free. There is also a thing with the sound from the streets - for me it is not a problem but if you are really sensitive and looking for absolutely silence better ask for the room where windows don't face the street and everything should be fine.
