  The apart hotel is excellent. The location is great for those who want to go to the wineries and also has plenty of thing nearby, has a center. The care is good.   I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. The safe had no batteries and could not be resolved until the next day when the cleaning staff arrived as there is only one person left at the reception who did not have access to the batteries. The bathroom floods because the screen is useless. TV is minimal and not centered around the bed is impossible to watch. They price in dollars, even Argentines, and charge what they want because they take the official dollar from a newspaper and not from Banco Nación.   Customer is deceived when the amount is debited

  Some information about the hotel:Apartments clean.Breakfast is delivered to the room.Price/performance not justified, as the hotel charges in USD and the price is not justified for the service provided.Credit card details are requested by email - a "disgrace" in this day and age. The credit card is not deposited as security - instead, an unwanted debit is made in USD - payment on site in pesos is then no longer possible. The customer is being deceived.I would not book the hotel today.Here is a description of how the hotel deceived me:Before booking the hotel room, I expressly stated by email that I wanted to pay the amount on site in pesos. There was no response to my email request. I was told that the hotel needed a credit card for security or as confirmation. The fact that you have to send credit card information by email these days without any security is considered bad service in 2023. I did not want to do this by email, but unfortunately had to comply because otherwise I would not have received a confirmation. A few days later I promptly had a debit in US dollars - which is exactly what I did not want. I then complained by email - unfortunately, no response was made to the debit. When I got there, the manager gave me some kind of excuse. A complete rip-off and not at all customer-friendly. Unfortunately, we paid four times as much as we would have paid in pesos.
