  Cozy and friendly

  Nice, cozy and friendly hotel. We were given a welcome dinner and had continental breakfast everyday. The hotel is well located in the city and public transport is highly accessible. Although it is a 3 star hotel the services are good the staff very friendly and helpful.

  This place is ran by teenagers behind the front desk who offer you an app when trying to speak English and actually don't care what you're saying anyway, so the app is pretty much just a formality on their part. I had an air conditioning remote control in the morning, but when I returned from my day trip, that was missing, but my window to a common area had been opened, leaving all of my belongings in my room totally unsafe, even though I had locked everything before leaving. The breakfast is inferior. The decor and facilities are 3 star, but the lack of professionalism, care and attention to the safety of your belongings makes it a 1 star in my book. It has been over 3 hours and I'm still waiting for someone to come back to me as to why my window was left open in my room (to a courtyard) when it was closed when I left in the morning. IF YOU ARE ENGLISH SPEAKING YOU WILL FIND THIS PLACE SO FRUSTRATING, WHICH IS A SHAME. I FEEL LIKE THE HOTEL WANTS MY MONEY, BUT NOT MY CUSTOM.

  The city of Mendoza is adorable. Sidewalk cafes and warm summer nights!! This hotel is CENTRALLY LOCATED, it's a stop for all the tours, the staff is awesome and the rooms are decent. Love it for the price and location!!

  The building is a little bit old, but is clean, with a good bed and a good shower. It is very well located, in the old part of the city, but just a few minutes away of sightseeing places and good restaurants. The breakfast is simple, but very tasty.

  My parents stayed in this hotel for three nights. During their stay, they did not receive any room service, despite asking every day for their room to be cleaned.They arrived to a room which had an awful smell because of a leak. They weren't shifted into a new room until the next day when the smell got too much. However the leak was only a minor problem for my parents in the end.My parents don't speak Spanish but i think its very simple for the employees to communicate without words that they needed to leave behind their keys before leaving the hotel each day, but the employees never insinuated this. Also, in the room there was a brochure that mentioned in English to "leave towels and sheets on the floor if you would like them changed" but there was still no mention about leaving the keys at the front desk. Therefore, for all of their stay, they never received fresh towels or fresh sheets or fresh soaps/shampoos and the rubbish bin was full. This is not what we call excellent service! But this next part is the worst of all. When my parents wanted to pay, I asked to speak with the manager of the employees, Cesar Olivera, because I can speak Spanish and wanted to explain why we were dissatisfied with the service my parents received during their stay. But every time the employees called Cesar, Cesar refused to speak to me. Cesar also knew that we were leaving before 8am the next morning, and he only offered to come in to speak with us after 9am the next morning! This is not what a good manager would do. Cesar merely reduced a small portion of our bill which really isn't satisfactory. We are very disappointed because Cesar has not taken accountability, he refused to talk directly to us, let alone negotiate an agreeable discount, and instead left his front desk employees, (who were lovely and I felt sorry for them to be subject to such awful management) to take responsibility. My parents came to this hotel because of the "certificate of excellence" it claims to have, however we are unsure how this rating has been achieved. I recommend looking for a different hotel.
