    Perfect! Through the gates, you travel a tree lined driveway to the “hotel”. We were greeted by Jonathan. Entering the reception area, we were greeted by a staff member offering us a glass of wine. The check in process was short and the itinerary for our stay was reviewed. Jonathan showed us to our room ( one of seven). Stunning doesn’t seem to begin to describe the accommodations. The thought that was put into every little detail was evident. A carefully placed alpaca throw; artwork that tells a story; carefully curated amenities, elegant yet understated. The private garden organically transitions into the interior; both are one, balanced and complimentary. The grounds are impeccable. A feeling of being time worn yet attended to. The restaurant was a gem, filled with culinary delights. The food, the wine, the ambiance, all convey the sense of the deliberate intention to achieve perfection. The staff were impeccable. A special acknowledgment to Jonathan, Ivana and Lucia for making our stay memorable. We had selected the “wine experience “ package. Jonathan spent the day with us, visiting selected wineries. The experience was immersive; the land, the grapes, the vision, tell a story that far exceeds sipping selected varietals. Time stands still at Susana Balbo Unique Stays. You feel as if you’ve always been there and you never want to leave. Our only regret is that we will now judge every hotel by the impeccable standards set by Susana Balbo. I hope our travels brings us back to Mendoza; as we left a piece of our hearts there.     An absolute gem in Mendoza. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The gardens are an oasis of tranquility—expertly maintained and a joy to walk through. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service; the staff are incredibly attentive and offer a warmth that makes you feel genuinely welcome.
